Two tech guys walked into finance — and somehow didn't get thrown out.
Our Story
After years in academia and tech, we decided we wanted in on financial services. We got lucky — we knew someone who knew someone who knew someone — and before long, we were hired by financial advisors and investment banks on a part-time basis to do the “dirty work” during their SPAC and de-SPAC processes. Data crunching, cap tables, general research, form filling (tons of it), website setups, and every other menial job nobody else wanted to do.
Somewhere between the cap tables and the SEC filings, something clicked. With our backgrounds in mathematics and data science — and now real reps working alongside sponsors, advisors, and bankers on live transactions — we saw what was missing: sharp, bespoke analytics purpose-built for SPACs and their related transactions. That's where SpacDeSpac.com is heading — fewer spreadsheets, more signal.

An academic by training, Benjamin has in recent years turned his attention to finance, trading strategies, and systems architecture. Driven by curiosity, he continues to pursue mathematical and theoretical research in his free time.

Physicist at heart, and Sustainability at its core. Naz's passion lies in taking complex systems and making them tangible, leading to the attunement of those surrounding him. He has found a new love in Fintech and is tightening the screws on solutions that addresses gaps within the Financial Space.
